Community Room
Our Community Room is used for lots of library programming and meetings. We screen movies, hold classes, and pretty much all of our Summer Reading programming for kids happens in the Community Room.
The Community Room isn't only for library use, though. It is also available to the public for meetings, parties, and showers during library hours. It can hold around 40 people comfortably in chairs only, fewer if tables are needed. Private parties require a $25 deposit, but deposit is returned after the event if the room is left clean and undamaged.
Use of the room may include:
- Tables
- Chairs
- Screen & projector
- Wireless remote for laptop
- DVD/Buu-ray Player
- Podium
- Kitchenette
- Refrigerator
- Coffee maker
- Microwave
- Sink
- Drink dispenser
Reservation by the general public on a first come, first served basis with priority given to library needs. If you are interested in reserving the Community Room, visit the Meeting Room Reservation page to fill out the application form or stop in for an application.
Please review the Meeting Room Policy to learn more about the rules and expectation of use of the room before reserving.
